Very nice and did great work on our new water softener system through HSA home warranty.
K & K came out to replace my water heater back in October and they were awesome! The service was honest, quick and well done. Recently it appeared that my water heater was leaking and they were super helpful with triage and even drove out to help me identify the issue, which ended up not being the water heater. Highly recommend!
Very respectful and helpful from start to finish. Eldon was upfront initially about cost and explained the process well. I was working from home during the install and Greg was very communicative anytime he had to do something loud to ensure I wasn’t on a call. The process was so easy, they cleaned up well after and overall were just great people. So happy with the service and new water heater!!
Thoroughly happy with their service and installation. In summary, disregard some of the low reviews – poor experience could be attributed to bad attitudes from both parties, but I did not experience that. You get what you give.
I was directed to KK Heating and Plumbing (“KKHP”) from my home warranty service and was honestly hesitant based on the Google reviews. I am in the construction industry and deal with contractors on a weekly basis so I was at least comfortable with "being uncomfortable."
I accepted the service dispatch and was called soon after by Eldon to advise me what time he would be by the next day. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed that my water heater was bad (over 12 years old with no maintenance from previous owners) and then proceeded to advise me what to expect from my home warranty company. This included the additional work (and cost) required to disconnect and reconnect piping, gas line, and ventilation since the warranty company only covered the water heater itself.
The warranty company reviewed the request the next day and provided the anticipated cost for installation of the heater. I called KKHP and discussed the timeline for the work. They gladly explained the process and worked with my schedule. I received a call a few days later when they received the water heater and was walked through the process again. Very informative and helpful. They came the next day and were in and out in a few hours.
Greg was extremely professional and thorough in his training to me on proper maintenance and settings to ensure longevity of the heater and our safety. Would recommend KK Heating and Plumbing!
