Minneapolis Electrical JATC

The MPLS JATC is a well-equipped, modern institution which provides a great way for the unemployed to quickly find a career. I didn't go through the classes myself, but everything looked clean and comprehensive from the tour!

Highly accredited training center. Our Instructors have competed in competitions and won, many times. They pass that knowledge on to our apprentices, they then compete and win competitions.
Along with my on the job training, if it weren't for the education I received in my apprenticeship here, I would not have been able to pass my State test 17 years ago, nor would I be where I am today. Thank You!

If you’re working as a NON union apprentice, leave that and get in the union to make real money. Better training too.

Excellent staff, constructive feedback and hands on education for the electrical trades. On job training can be challenging but rightfully so in a difficult, mentally and physically demanding Industry.

Great place to get your career started in the Electrical Industry. No college degree necessary, just a need a great attitude and work ethic to achieve. ( JATC stands for Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.) Best kept secret in the industry.
