“I brought my cat in after he had been vomiting and acting distant and reclusive. I was going to wait until I could get him into his primary vet, however I was bit concerned and called Monticello Pet Hospital to see if they could see him sooner. I was thankfully able to get in same day for an urgent care visit. He had started a new medication a few days prior so I assumed he was just having some bad side effects and maybe needed fluids to help with his dehydration. His presentation was misleading because little did I know, he actually had a urinary blockage (I had no idea this could even occur in cats) which is fatal if left untreated. Dr. Johnson was the provider that did the initial exam and ultimately came to this conclusion. She explained everything in a way I could understand (even when my emotions were running high). She went over options and her and the wonderful vet tech gave me time to consider how I would like to proceed. They were in contact with other ER vets to find me the most affordable transfer care (this practice is not an overnight clinic and my cat required overnight supervision and fluids). They kept me updated along the way and even called to check up on my cat after he had been discharged. Everyone at this clinic was beyond kind, compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, and showed genuine care both towards me and my cat. “Everyone is friendly. This is a warm and inviting place for people of diverse backgrounds. The members are accepting and caring towards everyone. There is Sunday school for older children, and a small nursery for the younger children. There is also tables in the back of the church that allows families with small children to sit.There are coloring sheets provided that connect to the sermon lesson. Sunday school is almost every week, but children who are uncomfortable leaving their parents can still be entertained with the coloring sheets then. Also there are sermon notes that help listeners follow along with Pastor Ken's sermon. He is engaging, and very down to earth.”

“This is such a great antique store/mall. Literally, something for everyone! A great assortment of old books, vintage clothes (military), costume jewelry, toys, miniatures, signage, horse tack, boating and antique sporting goods. And I can't believe how reasonably priced most of the items are!!! 😀 A great use of space, too! Space is effectively used, without being overwhelming! I found some old metal Tootsie Toys modestly priced, and some unique dollhouse finds for less than anticipated. Also, as an avid hunter of Lewis Carroll and L Frank Baum's books, I was surprised to find a clean, sturdy copy of Alice (the verso of "Five Little Peppers") in the 1950s series of hardcovers that combined two children's novels into one printing, by placing them reverse of each other, and for only $5!! I also found an older storybook compendium with snippets of both Oz and Wonderland texts and the original illustrations by Tenniel and Denslow for $18. The owner is so kind and knowledgeable, she began to feel like an old friend by the end of my shopping.”

“Hate having my stuff in storage but the owner is amazing and a few days thro out the year she has an amazing barn sale husband bridal was on the 13th had to get out tent stopped in at her sale I spent more then I wanted to but the tools a vexlar some cloths for myself and a baby carrier for my up in coming 1st grandchild nothing I bought was over priced and she even cut me 10$ off she is just so much fun to interact with and very easy to talk to. If I have to continue having my things in storage I will continue to be with deleno mini 70$ a month for a huge unit I will pay that any day”

“This seems to be an awesome park with all types of amenities. The stadium, ball fields and splash pad are impressive for a city the size of Delano. Citizens should be proud of this park. We experienced it during the 4th of July celebrations this year. What a great location for a large regional patriotic event. It is a unique park with a lot of cool equipment you won't find at other basic parks. There are a lot of climbing rocks and playground features that will keep children busy playing.”
