“I've been coming here now for at least a couple of years. Everyone is so very kind, they are very supportive, and once I went a couple of times, they knew my name and treated me like family. I'd recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thank you for keeping me healthy and for being so nice! My family and I appreciate everything you have done for me!”

“I visited the burns location but was handled booking through this location. They did an excellent job but I also wanted to share my experience overall. After reading reviews from both locations I was concerned about what I might encounter. I was in town for a friends wedding. When I visit places I tend to look for a ketamine clinic for a booster because my home in Pittsburgh has only one clinic that is cash only at over $200 more per session if cash pay. Here's the kicker though, insurance paid for my session at The Remedy. They were able to gain authorization and even confirm it would be no cost because I reached my max out of pocket for the year. I've had the pleasure of visiting ketamine clinical in the following locations: 1) Pittsburgh, PA 2) Ocala, Fl 3) Tampa, Fl 4) Atlanta, GA and now 5) Burns, Minnesota. I also regularly see a telemedicine provider for at home treatment. I have found IV boosters to be far more effective and I hope I'm in the area where they are more reasonably available. Not only was The Remedy the only clinic to have my insurance pay, they also were the only one with fully remote monitoring of blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate. This means no interruptions to your session to check your blood pressure and they don't even need to come in the room and have hospital grade monitoring equipment. They have everything possible in the room to make you comfortable. A noise machine, lamp, cozy reclining chair with heat, a little fan and a few other items. This of every clinic I have visited has been the most through, interested in my long term care, and truly following great safety protocols. I'd highly recommend you check them out. If you're been struggling with depression and/or thoughts of taking your own life. Ketamine has been an absolute miracle for me and this clinic is excellent! There's so many other possible uses that I've heard positive things about like alcohol abuse, ptsd, and so much more. For me it's been most helpful with my depression and somewhat PTSD and anxiety.”

“Dr. Robert Wagner is a ROCK STAR doctor at Gillette! Just had the pleasure of meeting him today, not knowing what to expect from the experience. I was going in for a follow up appointment but what I got was so much more than just that. He educated me about P.T.S.D. and how I have been affected by it through a trauma at the age of six. The particular incident happened to me four decades ago and Dr. Wagner basically was giving me permission to have compassion for the six year old girl that still lives inside of me, that is still traumatized by what took place and I am 46 years old now. Dr. Wagner, more importantly made me feel better about myself, who I am, and who I still can become.”

“Horrible location for the entrance. Very confusing having to drive past it and then turn around & adhere-to a round about, go thru a long driveway that looks like it's for another company & then park. Though they didn't tell me b4 my appointment; Rayus is INSIDE the "Greystone" building. Staff was nice and friendly. However, only 1 MRI machine. It's a brand new location and is nice looking as well as looks clean. Yet, the gowns aren't new for sure & with odd sizing. S,M, XL and XXL and pant legs are LONG. I found the lockers dirty and looked like the inside hadn't ever been cleaned. I was leery about setting my undergarments in it, but had no choice. The scan was your average time for 1 area and the new machine is very new. As well as strong. I've had more MRI'S than I can list. Most being at CDI (Rayus now) at SLP, Lakeville, Shakopee, Burnsville etc. I've never had any type of adverse reactions. They put pads around you, so your skin isn't touching the machine & a fan to try to keep you somewhat cool. When I left the clinic on my drive home I started to feel really warm as if I just came in from the sun. Continued to get worse for an hour after for 4 hours I felt I was "cooking" from the inside out! My face, ears, head all felt like I had an extremely bad sunburn. I eventually got ice and put it on my face. I called the clinic the next day bc I had another scan set up the next week. NOBODY could explain what happened to me. The tech was the only one apparently who could comment & said, "no idea, maybe add more pads next time around her". Otherwise, she guessed that it was due to a more powerful MRI machine, but I'd been in the same level machine at the SLP location. So, still makes no sense. I still need to go back for another area, but am afraid...I don't know what this machine is doing inside my body and apparently they can't figure it out either. Regardless, I wasn't warned about it and not sure if it's safe. UPDATE...Had my thoracic MRI done at this location and had a wonderful experience! Mary was my tech and couldn't do enough for you. I would hire her if it were my business. Today I was I was in for xrays on both of my knees and sadly can't say the same about Jennifer as I did about Mary. Jennifer has an accent which makes it harder to understand what she wants from me as well as she's a bit short on patience. I'm in pain or I wouldn't be there & the positions she was putting me in were painful. I understand I need to in order to get the correct images, but for some reason Jennifer couldn't seem to understand I couldn't get any closer to the board. Instead of trying to accommodate me, she came across as frustrated and just continued to ask the same things from me. All while I'm standing in pain. How about offering me a chair in between checking the images or anything. Instead there was no communication or I felt no understanding of what I needed. I had to keep asking her how is that image etc. I guess what it comes down to is your experience will probably depend upon who you see and the procedure you're having done.”

“My confidence level with Dr. Meyer is extremely high. I got a good recommendation on him from someone in the medical field and have not been disappointed. The injections he's give me are less painful and more effective than those I've gotten elsewhere. I also have confidence in his diagnosis of my areas of pain. I'll continue to see him for my wrist and thumb problems.”

“We just moved to Minnesota and I previously saw another dentist that seemed more interested in selling me teeth products for my son, so I decided to give another dentist a try. I am sure glad that I did. Dr. Sotillo is very professional, friendly and informative. He took proper precautions when dealing with our kiddos especially the two year old. We absolutely adored Katy. She was so friendly, kind and professional. We have made sure to ask for her for our next visits. We live 30 min away from the clinic but the expierence was worth it.”
