“Last August 3, 2018 I experienced being in an auto accident on my way to work one morning, which basically damaged the whole side of my truck from the mirror back on my passenger side. After exchanging information with the other driver. I called Mike Fraijo at Farmers Insurance upon arriving at work that day & he made me feel very comfortable, and cared about my welfare, as I was a bit upset and my nerves were still kind of jumpy. Mike put me at ease and he went right to work handling my claim. I was set up with a collision repair shop, within hours, which accepted my truck for repairs within the following week (Aug. 9). During the time my truck was in the shop, investigations/statements were taking place between Farmers, myself & the other drivers insurance company. It was determined that I was at no fault. The collision center (Caliber Collision) was great. Much to my surprise they had my truck ready for me to pick up on Aug. 24. When I checked it over it looked like new, I was very impressed with them. I am very happy and grateful that I met Mike & accepted Farmers Insurance as my insurance company for home & auto. When I signed up with Farmers, Mike was telling me all of the benefits and about how quick claims were handled etc. with Farmers. Mike is very knowledgeable about insurance and was very true to his word. Everything was handled & my truck was repaired and back to me in a little over 3 weeks time. Thank You Mike & your staff”

Update: didn’t realize the “protection plan” was extra $$. About $50 per piece of the sectional which increased the price $250. We were in a rush to buy (just moved, old sofa didn’t fit) but it would have been nice to have been told specifically that the protection plan was extra. We were made to feel that it was included in the price. Anyway, still an overall good experience and love the sofa.”

With that being said, I think they close kind of early. Like 630 or something. There is another Dunkin in the area and they close early, too.”
