“Dan is OUTSTANDING - Dan is a professional owner operator - We had a semi emergency / had a short and fire inside the meter box outside of our house (Xcel energy was also awesome). Xcel said i needed an electrician to replace the meter socket before we would have electricity - so I called 5 electricians who didn't have a person available but instead I was referred by 2 separate electricians to Dan at DD electric in Monticello (in addition the Xcel Energy guy ended up coming up with the same name and number). I talked to Dan for a minute I had him talk to the Xcel Energy guy and Dan wrapped up another job and was here within an hour with the right parts - we were back in business within 3 hours of calling Xcel Energy - Dan could have financially taken full advantage of the situation but he didn't - just an all around hard working good person who is respected by his peers. Dan admits he only works every other weekend but the others just finished a job and said no - Dan finished a job and was ready for more : )”

The were always on time and efficient - Ryan and Logan made helpful suggestions and helped me rework things when we had a floor plan change in a new bathroom. They were knowledgeable both about code requirements as well as things that would make the space more comfortable (i.e. outlets around beds, nightlight outlet in the bathroom). We also had them add lights to a dark porch and an outdoor outlet. I am also super grateful for Kelsey who helped me worked through an icky contractor situation with professionalism and kindness.”

“The lead service technician, Bill Seeker, was not only a quality plumber but an excellent communicator who explain everything he was going to do to get out hot water back on. The company is also amazing in that I called them around 7 PM on a Monday night and Bill and his assistant where at my house by 10 AM Tuesday morning. Our 12-year-old water heater has sprung a leak, so we knew we needed a pro to help us. He removed the old unit, cleaned up the tangled mess of copper lines and left us with a very nice looking water heater installation.
