My dad passed away a year ago, and only a week before he passed away, my sister and I went with our dad to plan his service. Danielle did an amazing job of listening and paying attention. The detail that she provides in executing the celebration of life, is amazing. We feel fortunate in that my dad got to share with her what he would like, but she really just goes above and beyond and makes the whole process so smooth and comforting for family.
