Bob came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, explained what the plan would be, potential costs, and after accepting Bob completed the work within an hour. “Grace is a gifted teacher! I have been taking lessons for 7 years and come farther in my playing than I thought possible. I had a fundamental knowledge of piano and my goal was to play more musically. It required a different approach, and her perseverance makes me understand that my previous teachers did not think it was possible! Grace is flexible and will adjust her teaching to your needs, goals and personality. She goes beyond the basics and teaches an approach to the piano that includes practicing, playing, and goal setting. I have been lucky enough to have many lessons in many different activities and Grace is in the top 1% of all instructors I have encountered”

“Not at all bad as far as Walmarts go, they seem to be generally well stocked on the shelves but for delivery they seem to be running out of things quite frequently these days. Perhaps this is normal. But the staff is generally nice, but the one thing I do notice is for there to be a tendency for staff members to be reticent and a little bit shy in regard to offering help or helping people. This could be just because of the neighborhood being somewhat of a rough neighborhood and this part of Minneapolis and people just aren't open to lending a hand to someone they don't know quite so quickly. Being a disabled individual, this does come across as something to be aware of. However on the positive side, being disabled individual, I have noticed that there are almost always more than enough electric carts available.”

“I spoke with my client a few days ago to clarify our plans for recycling pickup and he told me that the guys had to put sunglasses on in the shop because it was so much brighter than before. I stopped by yesterday on my way home from an appointment to see for myself. The light improvement is outstanding and the guys are very, very pleased at how much better things are. They were so proud to turn all of the lights on for me to see how great it was. Mike who offices up on the 2nd floor even cleaned his windows to take advantage of the improved lighting. (This is a very dirty environment because all of their grave digging and lawn care equipment is stored and serviced in this building.) The next comment I expect to hear is, “I can’t believe we waited this long to get this done.” The guys also commented on how good the installation crew was. Overall a stellar job with stellar results and a very happy customer. I so appreciate the collaborative attitude ESI offers me as you guys always help me come up with a 'best solution' for my client's unique lighting challenges. This one in particular was challenging because of the high dirt levels and you helped me knock it out of the park once again.”

“Picket Fence Gals is an eclectic collection of antiques, collectibles, knick-knacks, and decorative elements from a variety of vendors, stored throughout a winding house and spilling out into the yard and a nearby building. Using an "occasional sale" model, the store is only open on select days and times, posted out front and via the store's online presence. I found several unique items just wandering blindly, and definitely know that with patience and time, there are treasures to be discovered amongst the rooms of this house.”

In a time when things don't go as planned and people flake out on construction jobs, I am so grateful for their professionalism and follow through. Things are inevitably not always going to go according to plan. But the entire team worked to make things right, even if it meant having to re-do something, or crack the whip on a sub-contractor, or adjust their schedules. I love my new basement space. “It was an open house when I was there 10/29/16 with food and treats! Too bad for the rainy day. They had a lot of stuff I would've bought if I were more responsible with my money. I believe it was said, mostly new items where packaging design was changed and others were discontinued products. Predominantly from The Home Depot. I haven't checked the online site yet, but I'm pretty sure they have one.”
