“This is our first plumber experience as we are new home owners. Hometown was the first company to respond and to come check out our plumbing. Unfortunately, I don’t have any baseline to base pricing off of so I just have to take their word that what I’m getting is of value and fair. We were charged 1100 to install a new copper line roughly 20-25ft to our new oven. Mike was on time and completed the work as promised. However, the fit and finish of the install I think is my biggest complaint. Screws were drilled into the joist without drilling pilot holes so one of the joists has been split up pretty bad. Copper tubing looks like a wet spaghetti noodle going up to the stove from the basement. A few other clamps were popped from movement and not fixed. Was it worth 1100? I’m not sure. Will I hire Mike again? I also am not sure.”

“Our water heater broke over the weekend and due to Easter we called Greg on Monday. He was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time at 8 AM just as he said he would. He got the old water heater out and installed the new one in 2 hours. He also corrected another issue with the valves making it safer. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a small business and it is nice to help them out and get quality service. I would utilize his services again and recommend his work to others. He also followed Covid precautions and rolled out a mat to protect the floors and stairs.”

“I had a very leaky water heater and I was worried it would flood out my basement. Thankfully, I called these guys and they came out right away. Tyler came out first and gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable especially for such a short notice. They didn’t even charge me a service call fee. He was extremely professional and was very kind and helpful. He then had one of his coworkers locate a quality water heater unit. A couple of hours later Shane showed up and installed the new water heater. He did a phenomenal job and he certainly is very experienced and very good at what he does. Also, Amanda at the call center was super nice and was very professional. She helped tremendously in making it all happen.
