“Working with Dragomir from Perzhu Contruction has been the best professional contractor experience I have had as a homeowner. We had a disaster of a sewage backup that ruined our entire basement. Drag worked with our insurance to ensure costs were minimal to us to get everything not only repaired professionally, but also remodeled and updated to the basement of our dreams. When mold was discovered behind certain panels in our basement, we worried that costs were going to skyrocket because our homeowner policy does not cover mold remediation. Drag worked with our insurance and somehow magically convinced them to cover some of the associated mold remediation costs, then he found a subcontractor who came in far lower than some of the other big name contractors that we independently reached out to for comparison bids on mold remediation. It seemed that no matter what aspect of the remodeling project came up (mold, painting, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical) Drag either had an amazing contact to do the work at a very fair price, or Drag would step up and do the work himself. Working with Drag was an excellent overall experience. I even enjoyed just talking with him day to day throughout the project, as he’s very down to earth and personable. Our basement, despite the full tear down and constant construction, never felt messy throughout the project. Drag and his team made sure to meticulously clean up after work every single day. It was honesty shocking at just how professional, clean, and orderly they always were. I could not give a higher recommendation to Perzhu Construction.”

“I worked with Jacob and Michael after having hail damage and needed a new roof and some siding fixed. They made the process so easy for me. Jacob even meet with the insurance adjuster while I was on vacation and kept in constant communication with me via email to keep the process moving and get my roof fixed as soon as possible.
