They also gave me helpful tips for regular maintenance that I can do to prevent future issues from happening. When the job was finished they let me know some of the things to watch out for, upgrade options to give me easier maintenance in the future as well as answering a litany of questions I had. Both were extremely kind, provided honest responses to my questions and gave insightful next steps.
