“Our kids have played for three local clubs over the past eight years, and Tonka United has provided the best experience of them all. We strongly recommend this club. We have two kids in the competitive program, a son playing at the highest level (premier) and a daughter playing in the mid-level skill range. To be honest, most local clubs provide great experiences for the top players. You get access to the best coaches, the most field time, and the best support. Our son has had solid experiences at other clubs, and Tonka does a wonderful job here as well. Our son loves it. However, most kids aren't playing at the top level, and I look at how a club supports the non-elite players to get a real sense of the club's dedication to their players. Our daughter's experience here at Tonka has been wonderful so far. The quality of the coaching, the involvement of the age-level coordinator in our daughter's team, and the enthusiasm and concern for creating a solid experience for all players—regardless of their level—shines through with this club. You can tell the volunteers put a lot of care into organizing and displaying items. Great place for fabric too! There are also household items etc too. This place is run by volunteers and proceeds get put back into the city. Make sure you check the hours, they have a facebook page with updates regularly.”

“I’ve bought replacement motors for 2 Focus STs (bought escape motors as they’re identical) and they both work. Bought a replacement motor for my 2006 Silverado, but this time it has the harnesses chopped up a lot worse, someone took a saw through the intake (weird as it was rear ended), and generally it was just a bad pull. You can tell someone compassionate for saving motors pulled the escape motors while the last motor I purchased was pulled by someone careless. Picking up my 4th motor from this location for s 1.5 Ford Fusion today. The location itself has amazing customer service. I just wish LKQ online had a will-call option so I didn’t have to call and have them do will-call instead of shipping - annoying for 2022.”
