“I was looking for a specific make and model of a new Land Rover Discovery. I found one online in their lot for $5,000 under what other dealerships were asking! I set-up an appointment immediately to test drive the vehicle. I came here after days of snow and -20 degree weather so of course the vehicle that had been sitting outside didn't start at first. Ryan and his co worker tried everything they could and finally got it up and running. We went for a test drive and I had my mechanic look it over.... everything checked out. We then began to talk about financing, Ryan and their sales manager Matthew were informative and honest about the whole process. Very down to earth people. They beat the initial interest rate I was given by my credit union. The best part is they took care of my trade in vehicle and I was able to drive off the lot that night with my new car. “Damsel in Distress! I was traveling from Northern WI to the Cities for business and while on the freeway my car started knocking and shaking. I pulled over to check my tires even though my tire pressure and engine light wasn't on. I didn't notice a flat so... I kept going. My Jeep continued to knock and shake and I still had a long way to go, so I took the Forest Lake exit in hopes that there was a shop near the exit. I pulled into the Tire Warehouse and Service and Chris was able to help me right away. My lug nuts were loose! I am so grateful for the immediate attention and excellent customer service I received.
