ConXion Gymnastics

Abby and Lori are absolutely amazing!! We had a wide range of ages (2 to 14) for a Ninja Warrior party, and they made sure each child was included. We experienced super warm, positive energy in a structured environment. I highly recommend ConXion Hernando for parties!

We started a few months ago in tumbling. My daughter absolutely loves it! The owner is so friendly he greats you as you come and go every night! I love supporting small businesses and this is one of the best!!

My little girl started gymnastics at 4. She started in the preschool program (Comets) at the Hernando location. The girls there are always so patient & sweet. She is now 6 & has learned so much. We love ConXion. 💚

It’s a bit expensive (70 a month for one class a week at one hour per class and 40 extra a month for a second class each week) but not too bad expensive. We are new to this gym and my child is new to tumbling period so she needs a bit of extra attention, one on one so that she can learn the proper stretches and positioning but I am confident that she will get that here (I hope ) from the coaches who are very capable and friendly. I will follow up with more after we have a few sessions to see how they do in response to her not having any formal training and needing guidance. If they give her what she needs I will raise my review to all 5 stars but as for now going on what I see so far, 4 seems a good fair estimate of their gym.

I am editing this now (as you can see )the gym has obviously an excellent owner / manager. I only put this review up a couple hours ago and he cares enough that he’s checking his reviews and they are willing to help even the newest of beginners! I moved it to 5 stars because they will help and I know the tumble coaches are super nice! I think my daughter wants to be just like them from all she says all day! Lol. Great place!

My daughter is 2 and a bit of a challenge when she doesn't want to do something. The coaches are always great with her and super patient. She is learning how to listen, body control, and a few tricks along the way. The progression from the toddler class to the older girls is the same idea with more complex moves. I feel like we are building a good gymnastics foundation while my daughter has fun. I would definitely recommend this to anyone questioning whether to sign up or not!
