(August 18, 2021, 6:02 pm)Love the bank. The branch in downtown memphis ran by Jason is great ! I have all my business accounts and personal accounts with the bank. I also purchased my home through the downtown Hernando branch with Eddie. Everyone I work with at this bank turns out to be great. Will always have my business if they keep this level of customer service. Also I love being able to pick the phone up and get a real live person on the line immediately. Makes banking so much easier.

(February 14, 2018, 9:02 am)Doug Capps is the only bankers I'll use for Mortgage assistance. Wonderful service, completely transparent, explained the whole process and saved me $3500 just in closing costs/fees! Guaranty Bank is right on the money with their in-house mortgage services.
