  Very happy with our experience using Tailwind Travel and Tours. Jan was always very responsive and helped me with numerous questions. It has been a long time since we went on a cruise and a lot has changed. Jan made sure we were informed and comfortable along the way. She responds after hours which helped me tremendously! Thank you so much for everything!

  Great service, very responsive. Had an issue during trip and called them. Handled the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

  Let’s start with- I’m an experienced traveler and internet savvy mid 40s guy. I’m pretty good at finding good deals and jumping on them. That being said- I now only book my vacations through Tailwind Travel and Tours.
  
  Here are my reasons:
  
  1- prompt, attentive, responsive service
  
  2- experience recommendations that hit the mark, every…single…time for my family
  
  3- continued follow up on bookings, changes, and recommendations
  
  4- price
  
  5- they love doing this job and it shows
  
  I could go on and on and on but I’ll give one comparison.
  
  Booked a “cheaper by $25” vacation through Costco travel- Covid hit, got a little bit of a refund after months of emails and calls.
  
  Booked a trip this spring through TTT - got email from cruise line saying something I requested (and paid for) wasn’t available. Called Jan. Showed up for the cruise and we were immediately upgraded to an incredible suite - and had a fabulous time - because of my stellar travel agents.
  
  Just use them!

  Our family of four (including two teens) has booked two European cruises with Jan. On our first, she helped choose affordable pre-cruise accommodations and activities in addition to getting us great prices on the cruise and flights. Our second cruise was canceled due to Covid. Jan had been very helpful planning a new cruise and ensuring that we get proper credit for the canceled cruise. She also helps us find hotel and cabin options that work for our family. We are super excited for the upcoming trip to Europe after 3 years. Jan is our go to agent for our family travel.

  I emailed to let them know what I was looking for and they responded promptly. They then guided me to the best options for my family. We just booked our very first family Christmas cruise! Second time using their company because of the service, pricing and professionalism! Thank you for your patience and help in answering my million questions Harvey and Jan! You rock!!!
