(August 23, 2010, 11:21 am)I purchased a hair salon in the Southaven area in one of the Poppenheimer properties. I love the frontage & high visibility of my business on busy Goodman Road. They were so helpful during my lease signing and helping me get familiar with the city guidelines and codes. I felt like I received much more quality customer service with Joe Poppenheimer Mgmt than I would have with a national company. I have currently been leasing from them for one year and hope to pursue additional business ventures in some of their other properties.
