“I would give this store a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the manager's poor customer service. I went to him this morning with a transaction problem and he wanted to act like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about when I had proof in my hand and he wanted to brush me away like he didn't have time for me. My card was charged twice and I'm very sure it was just a mistake that happened because me and my husband have been going to this store for gas, drinks, and cigarettes when I use to smoke. For a few years, we were in there almost every day. Usually for cigarettes. I have never been treated this way by anyone in there until today. I'm not saying the manager, his name is Ty, needs to lose his job but someone needs to educate him on customer service.”
