Our furnace went out on our new camper that was less than 30 days old. It was 29 degrees outside and going without it wasn't an option at the time. They came out that same day I called. They took care of the paperwork to have what could be covered by warranty paid for at no cost to me. Chris was our tech. He was very quick, clean and knew what he was doing so that what I did have to pay for was kept to a minimum.

I called while only in town a couple of days. While describing my problem over the phone, I was given a couple of ideas of what the problem could be. While waiting on a call back to see if they could fit me in, one of their service techs was in the campground and stopped by to take care of my problem. Luckily, one of the suggestions had already lead me to resolve the issue. I hope to never have an issue, but I will surely call them if I do!!

Professional RV Repair service with quality shop. Fast and courteous mobile repair. Impressed with office manager, Claudia, and Barry the owner. Had to wait for a Dometic air conditioner. The part was in Mexico and there was a delay due to the pandemic. They kept us informed. We appreciate their friendliness and service. Highly recommend!
