(January 19, 2023, 5:59 pm)Received a gift certificate for Christmas and am very impressed — from the lovely gift card box and ribbon, all the way through the check-out experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff when I called to book my appointment. No wait time at all when I arrived for my appointment. Had the one-hour relaxation massage with Erica. Very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent, skilled massage!! Very courteous check-out experience too. I will now be a repeat customer.
