Love love love this store. I don't go out of my way to leave a review, but I tried to show my appreciation and buy him lunch and he declined my offer and said that it was his job to help my family with their phones and problems. Ash you are an amazing person and please always be you. It is hard to find good people and good help these days and you are truly one in a million.

Hi, I went to this store and asked them if I can get the number to the person over the memphis store and was advised that someone from there end will call me and its over a week and nobody called me back. my complaint is not for this mississippi store it is for the memphis store that gave me phones and said i was to use it as backup and found out that they gave me 2 extra lines that i did not need and went back to that store to cancel it and they said i had to keep them. how do i contact a district manager. the people at the mississippi store helped me and they are good but i did not recive a call back yet from cricket and i left him my number.i think his name was Ace and i hope he gave the manager my number that can call me. He was good. thank u for your help i will start coming to this store even though its out of my way but they helped me with my problem

The staff at this location is GREAT! I went to a store in Memphis and they added random lines to my account that I did not need and the people at this location helped me take those lines off. They said my bill will be cheaper if I added 2 more lines to the account and I told them that I did not need them, they said that was the only way they can add the discount so I agreed, and I came to this location and asked them what happens If i took those lines off, and they told me that my bill would only be $50 for 2 lines. If you want an honest staff, visit this location, the other locations lie to benefit them.

Awesome staff and service. Fast, knowledgeable. The young ladies at the store were absolutely helpful. I don't take time to recommend anybody a company or store but this time they deserve my gratefulness. FIVE STARS to them
