I’ve been going here for several months now and I’ve learned soooo much that’s helped me feel more safe and has opened my eyes to A LOT!! Garry and his staff are phenomenal instructors!!! Each one of the instructors take their time to make sure you learn everything the correct way!! Such an awesome place and wonderful group of staff!!!

I have practiced Krav Maga for two years now .Garry`s team has always been more than professional and they have a great atmosphere in which to train. This facility is the real deal. First lesson free, what can you lose besides your confidence to handle situations that may have an effect on you or your family`s safety. Give then a try. I would do it all over again.

If you want to learn close combat techniques, knife defense, or anything associated with firearms, this is the place to go for top-notch training.
