Charlotte Davis was wonderful and extremely sympathetic about my precarious financial situation. But niceness and empathy don’t pay the bills!! Lol. So . . . will they help me pay my energy bills before my electricity and gas are disconnected next week? Only time will tell, and I will be updating my review as things progress! 🤞🏼
UPDATE: Yes! Two days after my appointment with Ms. Davis, I received notices from both Entergy Electric and Atmos Gas that my bills for that month had been paid! They even paid my Atmos gas bill three months in advance, and this really took a huge financial burden off my shoulders. Thank you Midstate Opportunity!
The service is good and also the people. Who take care of the business does and excellent job. I admire all the workers for their hard work.
