Heart of Hospice

I came to help my sister in dealing with her terminal husband. Having come from the assisted living industry, I have seen a lot of interaction with hospice and I feel compelled to speak about our experience with Heart of Hospice. Although they were aware of what was coming, Michelle and Judy immediately bonded with my family. They were extremely forthcoming and also genuine. The little blue pamphlet is one of the most well written pieces of collateral I have seen.

I love the Volunteer manager Abbi and how easy it is to communicate with her. Also when she isn't around, the others in the office make you feel right at home and apart of the team. They are very understanding and work with any schedule while not making you feel obligated but excited to volunteer.

I have had an amazing experience with volunteering for Heart of Hospice’s Olive Branch/ Hernando location. They are so helpful and encouraging and really value their volunteers. The volunteer coordinator is such a joy to work with, they really work around your schedule to help you be able to help others. They are very professional while also being caring, accommodating, encouraging and appreciative. Volunteering there has been a rewarding experience.

I am an administrative volunteer at Heart of Hospice OB! I love it here, Abbi is an amazing manager of volunteer services and a great mentor, she helps me with a lot of things! The other ladies are just as amazing and are great at what they do! Honestly, I needed to mature a little and this program has helped a lot and continues to help me out socially! It has shown me that I can do anything and I just need to step out of my comfort zone! It also shows me how to manage my time wisely! I love it here!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wow... where do I start!! This is a company that I would highly recommend to any family! Heart of Hospice is Family oriented, the staff gives each patient and family members ONE ON ONE time... not every company can offer that! There philosophy is different than any other hospice agencies... MEETING EACH AND EVERY PATIENT/FAMILY WHERE THEY ARE!!
