This is a great place to rent units from. In the two years I had a unit I never once had any trouble. Anytime I had a question the staff was always able to answer and if I left a message they always got back to me in a short amount of time.

I have to say the folks at Advantage Self Storage Columbia are easy to work with, Val in particular. I moved my belongings from Lebanon to Columbia, and she made it super easy, even calling me several times on a bit Saturday to make sure everything went okay. Very well-maintained facilities, great staff. Highly recommend if you're storing things

I am amazed at how simple the process was! I actually did everything over the phone. The extremely nice lady that helped me gave me options, never pressured me , said it was fine for me to look at unit first and then took my info over the phone. Emailed very simple contract, and I was done! That Easy
