Took a friend here to get her phone looked at. They seemed competent at their jobs. I normally don't shop at att but glad they were able to help my friend.

Only had 2 employees working at the time so we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get help but they tried to multi-tasking as much as possible to try & help everyone the best they could. Could use 1 or 2 more workers but overall great experience and answered all our questions!

Sierra was an absolute pleasure to help me choose which phone would be right for me.. and all though my original phone was not in inventory this seemed to be a common issue across all local stores, I still was a very satisfied customer once I left with my new phones. Thanks!

Braeland greeted us as soon as we walked in and instantly helped us start to finish. EXCELLENT customer service. Think he should be considered for a management role. Best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. He didn’t rush my husband and I even when it was getting close to closing time. I would give 10 starts if I could.

Frankie was awesome. Helpful and very understanding that this “not so tech” person was to learn new things. Never had EarPods until now and love them. Thank you again Frankie!!
