Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were so helpful at the Briargate location. Picked me up at my hotel and had me in a car quickly. When it turned out that car had a slow tire leak they changed me to another vehicle without any hassle. Since they did not have another midsize car they upgraded me for free. I will definitely use them again when I return to Southaven MS

I recently rented from this location. My agent’s name was Taylor. She was superb in every way from her appearance to her flawless customer service. She was thoughtful, prompt, thorough, very kind. She had a gorgeous smile, a “Can Do” attitude, and represented Enterprise very well.
My rental was upgraded to a Nissan Rogue. It was a great car, plenty of leg room, very comfortable, and fun.
I love going to this location and will definitely use them again.

Great customer service, I was in and out very quickly 25 mins max, which is not bad at all. The car I got was very clean. I was very pleased. I will definitely be renting my next car from this location again.
