Intensity Martial Arts - Southaven ATA

We love it here. My son's growth is so exciting. He went from telling one everyone to self defense & self confidence. Not say my kid beating people up. He knows now how to speak up for himself. Now, as a parent, trying to keep things line up so I can join.

Mr Bowers at Intensity Martial Arts- Southaven location is AWESOME! He truly cares about his students. They aren’t a number or a dollar sign. They are his kids. He works hard to train them to be Champions, and will accept nothing less from them. He pushes them to be their very best, but at the same time, he is able to read the student and know, just when to lay up, as to not push them away. He promotes self worth and confidence, always praising them for the job they do. He knows when to be serious and when to just laugh with them, as to make class an enjoyable experience for them. Before Covid , I was driving my daughter an hour to Bartlett, just to be trained by him. He’s just that great of an instructor!! Try him out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Absolutely amazing! My children love it! Remember the day I went in with only 1 child wanting to stay. Now all 3 love it. The confidence they are building thanks to this amazing place and the instructors.

My daughter has been doing Taekwondo since she was 5 in Arkansas and when we moved here we were really worried about the transition from one ATA school to the next. Intensity Martial Arts has met and exceeded every expectation we had! We love Master Bowers and all the staff.

Mr. Bowers is great with the kids! I love the structure of the classes! It’s very well organized! My son loves every class and is always so ready to go to class!
