“Gave them 4 stars so this review will get seen. There were Incredibly rude and immature receptionists. They are clearly annoyed when asked any questions, they interrupted me while I was trying to tell them I was picking up my daughters glasses, to ask if I had made an appointment, then cut off again to tell me to sign in on a sheet and they started laughing when I became visibly annoyed. I told them AGAIN why I was there but they ignored me. So after I signed in, I had accidentally checked a box that said “contact pickup” and I only knew that because I heard them laughing as I went to sit down and they were saying “hahah she checked the contact box instead” and when I turned to ask them if I checked the wrong box they completely ignored me AGAIN and continued laughing. After waiting 10 minutes I finally asked why I was waiting because my daughters glasses had been ready for about a week now. Then they told me it’s because I checked the contact box, not the glasses box, even though they clearly knew I was there for her glasses. I will definitely be looking for a different optometrist office.”

“I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 (🥴) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me. Thanks Sam's Club Tire...you get 5 stars for your willingness to assist. 👍💞”

“I came in with little idea of what I needed when trying to build a gaming pc, and they asked me a few questions to further help them understand what I needed and what I was trying to do with the product before they just put something together. They showed me different things they could do for me with different price ranges, and actually spent a lot of time trying to make sure it was what I wanted, and even educated me on a lot of the things I was buying. The staff and Jim worked on it and gave me information the whole process about where they were on building it and parts coming in. I had a great experience and love the final product. I will be going back and recommending to anyone that has computer problems, or just wants to start over with a whole new build. Very friendly and professional and cares about the customer.”
