Journey To New Beginnings

Mandy Yount is a wonderful NP I see her and my daughter is soon to see her because of such a good experience. She is very nice. The people giving this place bad reviews are the ones that show up late or not at all and expect journey to new beginnings to make special exceptions for them. If you can make it to your appointments on time, then you will love this place. They never have long wait times either. Get there 15 minutes before your appointment to make sure your good to go with paperwork etc because Mandy is right on time or within 5 minutes of your appointment time. You won't have to take off half a day of work to go to your appointment! Office ladies are wonderful! Very accommodating with appointments times and me having my 1 year old with me.

This place is amazing! I have been many places and I can honestly say these people have ALL been nothing but friendly and helpful! This is the first place I have ever been where the goal is to help you and not just throw meds and a diagnosis at you. MANDI, the nurse practitioner, is easy to talk to, really listens to you, and even gets your input on your treatment options. She is encouraging, friendly, REAL, and I love that the goal for her is to prescribe as little medication as possible for only as long as you need, with the goal being to eventually cope without. LEAH, a counselor, has been a lifesaver, and makes you so comfortable you feel like you are talking to a best friend or family member. She is warm, relatable, non-judgmental and has a contagious positive attitude. The nurse, LEAH ANNE is very friendly and caring, and APRIL at the front desk has always been kind, accommodating, and patient in my experience! I wanted to let people know how much this place and these wonderful ladies are helping me to improve and change my life! Thank you

My oldest son started to see Leigh about 10 years ago. He loved her and she helped him so much. But I felt my son wasn't opening up to her as much as I thought he should so we tried another therapist. It was the worst mistake I made leaving Journey to New Beginning. My oldest when he came back he went to Nicole and my youngest went with Leigh. They have helped my family in so many ways I can't say. They are angels. The office staff from the owner all the way down to the ladies answering the phones are so welcoming and have become part of our family.Maggie has always worked hard for us and helped us in any way she could.

Journey to New Beginnings is a wonderful place for counseling. I’ve been treated With respect, kindness and professionalism. The front office staff have been very willing to help me when I felt I needed to see my therapist on short notice. Laurie Bankston is my therapist and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her help has been unmeasurable. She has helped me through some tough moments in my life and helped me find the insights I’ve needed to heal!
