“My daughter and I just came in to grab a few items. The employees were helpful when we asked questions and friendly. When we were checking out I noticed it was very quiet so I asked what time they closed. She said, “7”. 🤦🏼♀️ I looked at my phone and it was 7:17! I apologized but everyone was still friendly and never made us feel like we needed to hurry. I would never do that on purpose, but they need a public thank you for still being kind and helpful, even when we stayed past closing time.”

“Good, Old Fashioned Customer Service This review is for Sherri in Customer Service who took my frustrated call on how on earth I was supposed to put a light bulb into this lovely light fixture. She called me back the next day as promised and left me instruction on how to remove the "harp" to insert the bulb. It looked as though the harp was soldered into place but it turns out that little tabs on the sides could be lifted to squeeze the harp out of its place, screw in the light bulb and replace the harp and the lampshade. I guess I just have a good appreciation for old fashioned customer service - and Sherri provided that for me today. :)”

“The costume selection is very big. My kids had a hard time choosing a costume only because there were so many great choices. There were also a lot of props to add (broom sticks, wands, swords, machetes, etc.). They had Disney characters including Maleficent and the Zombie characters), Fortnight costumes, and even Coraline. They have a section for indoor and outdoor decorations, including a Hocus Pocus themed section and Nightmare Before Christmas. They have an interactive walkthrough with bats and Zombie lights, and an associate dressed as a creepy clown pretending to be a statue. The associates were extremely helpful and happy to assist, and it was busy when we were there. After I paid for our items, I forgot about a coupon I had. So the manager had to reverse the order and ring me up again. Despite the long line and how annoying that must have been for her, she did it happily and without hesitation. A great experience.”
