Today, but as always in my life I waited until last minute to shop for a gift. Well one was for myself the other was for my son. My service was impeccable at Cspire Bay St. Louis. From all the questions I had to while waiting being able to watch the Saints game to showing me how to set up my sons phone after leaving! However as I sat I wasn’t the only one who got great service today. I was there almost 2 hours and everyone who entered got great service! This is why I love Cspire! Merry Christmas
Walked in and 20 minutes later walked out with my new phone. The employees were great, answered all my questions, transferred my old data to my new phone and got me out of there painlessly. Was well worth going to them for a new phone. I had got conned into AT&t by my daughter but she learned also that att never keeps their word.
This location is always what day it is because each time I have to go, which I typically try not to have to go to a store, it may be a good experience or bad. This time I had a long wait and the person that was helping me seemed like I was bothering her. They typically seem to be short staffed so maybe they are over stressed. Just plan on being there for at least a half hour or more.
Been a customer since 2012, I love the service I receive. I bought a new phone at the first of the week. They called yesterday to make sure I was happy with my new phone. I told her "I love my big screen on the Galaxy A11.
Ashley was literally amazing. I’m so pleased with this company and location. I’ve never felt more at ease in a cell phone store. They went above and beyond to help me even on a very busy day for the store. Even the manager was apologizing to me. And I asked for what because I received grade A service since I stepped in the building. Very happy customer.
