I realized after dealing with last pool company that pool contractors or any contractors will have delays. Joel always communicates with us and always tried to satisfy us, which was noted and appreciated. Would recommend him for sure.

There were serveral delays initally, but in the end it worked out fantastic. We love our pool.

Joel Lee is an awesome designer and saw to every detail from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented.

I am amending my review. Initially, I gave Lee swimming pools a very poor rating. After being contacted by Joel (the owner) after my review. Joel came out and made everything right. Being in business myself, I understand that sometimes associates or employees don’t always make the right call. It happens. This was the case in my situation. Joel personally came out and rectified my problem. He also offered to give me my money back, which I did not accept. My only goal was to get the work completed that I had paid for. Joel seems like a standup guy, and cares very much about the quality provided by his business.
