David/Billy/Synthia -- A wonderful team... I am a repeat buyer... I travel from Alabama to Mississippi to purchase my carts... 100% trustworthy people/company... Huge inventory and competitive prices... Billy/Synthia provide great after sales support/services...
I got an okay deal on a used cart. I got it home and realized something was hit hard and the steering box/ linkage was bent up. Golf carts are easy to repair, so it will cost $150 and a couple of hours to fix. I would have said, it was a great deal. If it wasn't for this undisclosed damage. It was still a good deal. The lady taking care of payment was very nice and the young man that help load it on my trailer was cool. I bought a plain cart and will spend another $1500 making it a nice $5000 cart. It is the kind of deal, I can bail out any time I want and at least, break even. But, It was a weird experience. Hard to explain or too much, to try to explain.
Update. It was just an okay deal, not really a good deal at all. There was a bent-up bumper part that cost another $250 with taxes to replace. So $400 in undisclosed damage and A few hours labor.
Having looked for a gas engine cart in the used market, I bought one elsewhere. The engine burned out within a few months and I found myself looking again. This time, i bought a new gas engine cart from Gulf Coast Golf Carts. David and team were easy to work with. They switched seat colors and installed accessory parts to get my cart prepped. They stood by their guarantee to make things right when I discovered a small cut in the seat fabric at delivery. I highly recommend GCGC. I love my new cart!
