I was profoundly impressed with the knowledge and customer care with the sales manager Michael. He was not only accommodating to us but also to our family dog, by offering him a cup of water while we were touring different trailer units. Best of all, Michael provided ample information and encouraged us to take our time in making a decision. I believe he truly wants his customers to be confident and happy with their purchase.
