Nice folk here. Laid back family atmosphere. They rarely have what I am looking for when I visit but they jave plenty of everything else.

It was ok. The staff seemed more interested in their video call verses answering questions about a mechanics toolbox my fiance wanted to order. She yelled up to the manager I suppose and tried to get him to wait on us which he never came out of his office he just yelled down the answers to our questions from his upper office window. The parking lot has big pot holes in it in desperate need of repair. I did find what I was looking for but my husband didn't not that he's had much luck anywhere.

I am tired of hearing, "We don't have it in stock, but we can order it. You can have it in two days. " NO! I want it NOW. That's why I drove to your big box store. Your website says you have it. Now you don't, but you want me to buy a more expensive model. Forget you. Hooker's Ace Hardware had exactly what I wanted. I was greeted when I entered the store. I was directed to an aisle where my product was. I bought it immediately and went through a fast and friendly checkout. Well stocked store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
