My daughter made an appointment with Lola B Boutique. They only see you by appointment which is amazing, because you get the one on one, personal attention you don't get anywhere else. We went today and everything about our experience was great. The girl working with my daughter could not have been any nicer or more helpful than she was. (Sorry I don't remember her name, Visited Sunday, January 30 at 1:30pm) She greeted us with a smile and started asking all the right questions to get the perfect dress. She helped some dresses to get my daughter to try on. During the whole trying on process she helped out with zippers, suggestions, and even taking pictures on my daughter's phone. She suggested earrings to compliment each dress. After my daughter found the perfect dress, we were recommended a seamstress to do some minor alterations. I'm a dad and have taken my daughter to buy 5 or 6 different dresses over the past few years. This experience was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced!!! I would highly recommend Lola B Boutique for any of your formal dress needs!!!”

“The costume selection is very big. My kids had a hard time choosing a costume only because there were so many great choices. There were also a lot of props to add (broom sticks, wands, swords, machetes, etc.). They had Disney characters including Maleficent and the Zombie characters), Fortnight costumes, and even Coraline. They have a section for indoor and outdoor decorations, including a Hocus Pocus themed section and Nightmare Before Christmas. They have an interactive walkthrough with bats and Zombie lights, and an associate dressed as a creepy clown pretending to be a statue. The associates were extremely helpful and happy to assist, and it was busy when we were there. After I paid for our items, I forgot about a coupon I had. So the manager had to reverse the order and ring me up again. Despite the long line and how annoying that must have been for her, she did it happily and without hesitation. A great experience.”
