“The facility was very clean every time we visited. There are roller carts readily available when we needed them and they really did come in handy to help move our stuff to the unit. You have a code that has to be entered each time to open the door making me feel very safe and my stuff secure. The employees were always kind and very helpful. If you let them know you are moving a lot in or out they will have the doors held open so you don’t have to keep putting in your code. All in all the unit was clean and nice and i will Recommend Cool Storage America to everyone!”
