Awesome customer service. I initially called to discuss my options in a trailer. I was treated with respect and answered all my questions I was looking for. I went to a few other trailer shops to see my options. I ended up driving from Peculiar to St. Joe on a Friday afternoon to look at the trailers at Redline. After looking at the quality of a Rice Trailer in person and the treatment I received from the staff at Redline I purchased 20' Rice Car Hauler with a tongue box. I am very happy with my purchase. They helped hook it up to the truck and went over a few details with me. I was in and out in less then 45 mins. I did make it back home and realized I received the wrong key for my tongue box. They helped me get that sorted out and they mailed me the correct key! I couldn't be more happy! Redline Trailers is a top notch company! I would definitely do business with them again if I ever need another trailer or need any service work! Well worth the drive!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I bought my cargo trailer from them and then took it back a year later to get a few huge holes fixed in it after someone tried to break in it over night. The repair was done quickly and for cheaper than they quoted me. The owners seem like great people that care about their customers. They also have a huge stock of trailers and I feel like my stealth trailer is the best built and best looking trailer I could get for my budget.
