We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. We called Preferred Pest Control to ensure that we didn't have a larger problem on our hands, and to see what solutions they might be able to offer. Matt arrived at our house and did a thorough investigation to determine if and where we might have some activity, and to also identify where the mice might be getting inside. After hearing our options we went with Matt's suggestions, and after three weeks we are completely satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend Matt and Preferred Pest Control to anyone that thinks they might need some help.

Have been controlling my pests for over two years now. Very happy with their service and cost. If I do see anything in my house that shouldn't be there I give them a call and they come right away and make it right.

Had Preferred out to do a termite treatment when my wife and I bought our house. Matt did a great job and explained what he was doing as I observed the process. Later, had Shaun out to help with the first round of a quarterly treatment to help against normal pests.

Happy to have access to Preferred for preventative treatment as opposed to reacting to something down the road, but I know they will be there should the need arise.
