“Saint Joseph Tobacco of Saint Joseph Mo. changed it's name to Saint Joseph Distributers. The location I, first, remember was on the North Belt, near the Troop H Head. It had a trading stamp merchandise display of catalog merchandise for those who collected grocery store grocery stamps to trade in for their products. Their products were nice home products such as small toaster ovens, etc.. Some toys. Maryville, Mo.'s Hy Vee Grocery Store had grocery stamps we could trade in when I was a child, in the 1970s. They moved their location in the late 1990s. Though, I am not fond of them using an old looking American Indian as their design logo, they have been in business a very long time. They can promote good things too. If they wanted too. They are a warehouse, tobacco distributed. That is all they are & it better have new management since 2012. They had some problems that were sorted out but they lost revenue since then.”
