“Great facility with great customer service. Being welcomed when you walk into the establishment makes a whole difference from other facilities. You have one employee I would like to point out who goes above and beyond each an every time I am in the facility not only for myself but for the store in whole she is one of your managers with long brown hair I believe her name is Alicia she is phenomenal and definitely a keeper for the company you can tell she takes pride in the store with her great smile and wonderful customer service. Hope to see more facilities close by.”

“I parked here, it's no longer Shell, place is called Bucky's named after a Golden Retriever. It's a great place to park my tractor-trailer. Plenty of food and beverage selection. The pizza looked really good and Bud 12 oz beers in long neck aluminum cans only 2/$3. The bathroom is surprisingly oversized and modern, great facility to floss and brush before bedtime. McDonald's is close by which is a plus especially if you're like me and fill out receipts after submitting McDonald's online reviews. I get 2-for-1 egg mcmuffins. I'm Lovin' It!”

“*Truck Drivers Review* Staff are kind, like most Loves. Bathrooms are clean and tidy, but very busy in the mornings. This particular Loves location in St Joseph Missouri isn't the best. Truck traffic easily backs up because of the way the parking lot works, and how fuel stations are set up. Parking after 4pm is something to be seen, and because of the back ups that happen, parking can be kind of overwhelming for some. Don't bother coming to park later then 8pm as this lot fills up fast, again because of the location, it's really the only "big" truck stop within St Joseph Missouri. Great place otherwise. I'll come here again, as long as I finish my day early ????”
