“Wendy booked a vacation for my husband and I. Unfortunately there was a sickness at resort which she would of never known. I texted and she communicated and got us to another resort! She worked diligently to get things done and kept us up on details ! Not too many travel agents would go above and beyond like she did! I highly highly recommend!”

“I stayed here for nearly two weeks after starting a new job in St. Joseph until I found a permanent place to live and it was fabulous! The home was lovely, the bedroom and bed were very comfortable and it was very warm upstairs during an extreme cold-spell. The house had every amenity, the home was fully stocked with groceries and everything needed to do laundry, iron clothes, cook food, full-kitchen, bath supplies, and only a short 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and attractions. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful. I was without a vehicle and she gave me several rides around town whenever I needed them and could not have been more pleasant. Overall, one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed at. First rate!”

“I reserved the water spa room for a romantic Valentine's getaway since my husband was coming home after an extended business trip. The interior architectural details andaperiod decor provide creative and authentic artistry everywhere you look. There's a massive and ornately beautiful wood staircase leading to the upstairs guest rooms with oversized handrails, huge balusters at each level and gleaming polished wood steps. The floors are equally beautiful polished wood. Look carefully for the designs worked into the wood floors. The attention to detailing in the floors and custom wood wall panels speak of the love the owner, Olan, poured into this rebuild, not to mention the tiling details as well. This was a perfect getaway. We were treated like honored guests and this stay was a wonderful memory maker. The breakfast was anything but typical with quiche, whole grain artisan bread toast & fresh fruit cups. The price was reasonable, especially for the sense of history and the wonderful hospitality we received. I highly recommend Whiskey Mansion. St Joseph was a fun place for my husband & I to spend our time together and Whiskey Mansion just might be a hidden gem!”
