I am writing because my experiences have been almost totally positive and favorable albeit not always perfect--after all, it is operated by human beings! I can compare it to my child's treatment at St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital and my own experiences locally, in metro Kansas City, at VA facilities plus extensive time at Mayo Clinic. While the personnel are often quite busy and focused they are professional, competent and courteous. The facilities are modern and have always been well maintained and clean. It is definitely an asset to St. Joseph and the surrounding area.”

“Philip was a neighbor of ours so we decided to move all of our insurance policies over to him. He spent time going through each policy and then asked us to come in so that we could review them. He suggested we also get an umbrella policy because of multiple rental properties. We felt very confident with all of his advice. We subsequently moved out of state and had to transfer our policies. We selected an agent who dropped the ball and we had multiple policies cancelled. Philip helped us locate and transfer to a different agent. I can't recommend Philip and his agency enough!”

“Really good Mexican food. Portion size is surprisingly modest, but that’s good. Had the “meatless dinner” entry and strawberry sundae. Very good overall. Most dinners can ordered separately if you just want to mix and match. I do wish, especially for a Catholic aligned restaurant, they had fish options for lent. Bathroom is small for the 168 seated establishment. It is generally very popular and parking is going to be a challenge, especially as the parking lot is shared by nearby businesses. (There’s plenty of parking in the back – but this restaurant is often packed!) I know locals who don’t think of this place first when they think of authentic Mexican cuisine. Maybe they should.”

“Sept 7 I was in St. Joe visiting from San Diego and looking for my grandfathers unmarked grave according to a map my mother had given me. It was about 96 degrees out and me and my family were very hot but we paced off the graves trying to locate my grandfather. A man in a small truck came to us and called into the office to try and help us locate the grave. The office told us we were in the wrong section so Curtis directed us to the other location and we drove over there. We started looking again and Curtis said this is not the right place and contacted the office again which sent us back to the original place. When we met up with Curtis again he had brought the 3 of us bottles of cold water and then proceeded to help find the grave which he did find. I commend Curtis for his friendliness and thoughtfulness in helping us locate the grave. He refused a tip. Thanks Curtis for helping us. Nancy Bradford”
