(January 1, 2019, 9:03 am)The wife and I went to the ATT store in Harrisonville to finally switch our service back to ATT after several disappointing years with Sprint.
We were really NOT looking forward to this process.
However we were greeted by an awesome employee who made it a quick and actually enjoyable experience!
Her name was Stephanie and she is really good at what she does! Thanks again Stephanie and thank you ATT.
(December 13, 2018, 3:12 pm)Great location for the new store. Staff very helpful and friendly. Although as I look around it doesn't appear to be an ATT phone store but maybe the store is being handled by an outside vendor.
(August 6, 2018, 2:09 pm)Even though my kids were running wild they were extremely patient with me. The wait wasn't too long and I got exactly what I wanted. This is a much smaller AT&T then the one that I go to at home but it still has everything you need and great customer service.
