“Great place to workout. Location has both aerobic exercise equipment, universal and free weights, indoor pool, indoor basketball courts, indoor walking track, meeting rooms and a senior citizen's center where they offer bingo, card games, and very low-cost prepared lunches. If you're interested in their senior citizen's center be sure to ask for Regina and she can fill you in. A little pricey compared to the other gym in town, but it is very well maintained, staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff and I feel that is worth the additional cost.”
