SERC Physical and Hand Therapy (Belton)

  Therapy is a very important part of healing from whatever ails you. I was referred to SERC and am glad I was. They are truly there for you. The front staff greet you and always have a smile. The more you go, the more you get to know all the staff and they, too, greet you with a smile and hello. My therapist is awesome, encouraging, helpful and keeps me progressing toward full functionalability or as functional as I may be able to get. All the therapists I have observed treat their patients/clients with kindness and encouragement. SERC is definitely my choice for physical therapy; a place where you matter.

  This SERC facility has been the best to work with. The staff is very well versed and the staff is friendly and always courteous and willing to answer questions. I am seeing Priscilla and she is just super. She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions that i have.about the rehab and makes the time go by really fast during the services. I would recommend all the staff at this facility for anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

  This is my second round of therapy at SERC. My experiences here have been positive with great results. The staff are friendly and caring. I feel like part of the family. I am greeted with smiles and hellos from everyone. I want to especially give a shout to Tim. He has been with me since day 1. He has helped me reach my goals and continues to encourage me in my recovery. I would be remiss if I did not mention Priscilla and Amy. Amy and Tim are sharing in my therapy. Amy saw me on day one of my shoulder therapy. I lucked out and have 2 great therapists!

  I saw Priscilla 4 months for therapy after an Achilles tendon surgery. She has been wonderful to work with and has helped me recover much more quicker than I thought I would. She answered questions and always acknowledge my concerns. The staff has been great to work with as far as scheduling and insurance. They always have a smile on their face!

  I simply loved my experience here and I recommend this facility to everyone. Everyone was very pleasant and all the therapists seem to have exceptional knowledge about treating injuries properly. Super Shout out to Timothy my very awesome therapist????????. You were such a joy to work with..Thank you for helping me feel so much better!!!
