(December 5, 2017, 2:53 pm)My wife has been going here for more than 2 years. Dr Simmons charged a set price and then extended her treatments at no additional cost. He has been a perfectionist through the entire process. It has been great to hear my wife's stories of how wonderful everyone at this place is. I've been in 3 times with her and noticed every time that the employees are always Happy and all the customers are also very happy. Greetings are overwhelmingly warming for such an environment. Very clean facility as it should be, and I would highly recommend them.????
(February 11, 2014, 1:39 pm)Everyone was polite, professional and straight to the point. Candi and Dr. Simmons were very informative about the things I may want to consider when correcting my teeth. My only qualm was the amount of time I spent waiting for Dr. Simmons, though I understood it was a busy time that day.
(January 29, 2014, 11:59 am)I had braces as a kid, but didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to. My bottom teeth went crooked again and I finally decided it was time to get them fixed again. When I went in, I told Dr. Simmons I wanted them fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we decided on a fairly aggressive approach. Now, 8.5 month later, I got my braces off yesterday. I'm very pleased with the results and the short time span it took. I had a full mouth of braces for 4 years as a teen, so this was great! Things have changed a lot in the last 20 years. I now have a permanent retainer so I shouldn't have any problems with them going crooked again. Now if only I could get my tongue to stop messing with it..... The whole staff is very friendly and make it, dare I say, pleasant to have braces?!? Thank you Harmony Smiles for the great job!
(August 2, 2013, 9:59 pm)It was finally time to get those braces and as soon as we walked in the door---we felt this sense of "family" and that you belonged there. They treated me as if I was their own. As for Dr. Simmons, he completes this family feeling in the office. ALL of them are nice and pleasant and that is really all you need---to know that you will be taken care of.
My parents, of course, had to handle business (insurance, payments, etc.) and they thought everything went flawlessly and smoothly. They just know what they're doing!
We definitely made the right choice. THANK YOU, Harmony Smiles Orthodontics!!
(July 27, 2013, 5:24 pm)Great place, wonderful staff. I took my older daughter there to get her braces and she had a great experience. She got her braces off in February and I just took my second daughter in to get hers put on. We left very pleased and excited yet again. My daughter (who is 12) was very nervous but the nurse who took care of her made her feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. She left feeling excited about her braces. Thank you Harmony smiles.
