Dr. Bob McCrady

Bob is absolutely fabulous with diagnosing lameness and proposing innovative treatments with an eye on his clients budget. He's not going to propose you spend an arm and a leg when more conservative treatments might work. He's great at communicating with owners. All around 5 star experience every time we have dealt with him. We've been clients of his for about 4 years now. Highly recommend him!

My horse Dolly had an ongoing issue with her eye...a local vet had come out to where I had her boarded and misdiagnosed her...twice. I was referred to McCrady and I can't say enough amazing things about the service I was given by Bob and his staff. My horse required treatment to her eye up to 6 times a day at times and several trips back to the office for progress check up reports. Bob called me and followed up without any prompting on my part and gave me frequent updates when I had to eventually leave her with him for the more aggressive treatments. Not only did they provide the best customer service, but the final bill for the amount of work and meds needed was completely fair. As a business owner myself, I appreciate locally owned businesses who understand how important it is to deliver great customer service and charge reasonable prices.
