What made it even better was when life happened and our kiddo broke his glasses all I had to do was make a call and they took care of the rest! But wait...there's more.... The backup pair of glasses, not bought at Vision Source, had something happen to the lenses and they were blurry. I took them up there asking to have lenses made and they told me that most places warranty the lenses. They sealed the deal with my loyalty there! They could have not said a word and made some money off of me getting lenses for a frame they don't sell but they put people first. Guess what....That means I'll be back and so will my checkbook!
